Providing Fair competition in Public Procurement

IBLF Russia in partnership with American Chamber of Commerce in RF organized the round-table “Providing Fair competition in Public Procurement”. There were 38 representatives of multinational companies. After short reports of lawyers and consultants from Pepeliaev Group, Baker&Mckenzie and KPMG, who presented their first observations of the innovations and gaps of the 44-FZ, Boris Tkachenko, Head of IBLF Russia, facilitated discussion around lacks of 44-FZ and remedies to improve it. As a result business community developed the first version of recommendations on 44-FZ improvement. The final version of the  business community recommendations on 44-FZ improvement were transmitted to the Ministry of Economic Development and to the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”.
