How business can interact with the state more effectively on environment issues

On 16th December, Rinat Gizatulin, Director of the Department of Policy and Regulation of Environmental Control and Safety in the Ministry of Natural Resources engaged in a wide-ranging discussion with the Directors of Environmental Departments of 17 leading Russian and international companies. Amongst the topics discussed were how business can interact with the state more effectively, and the government’s plans for environmental regulation next year and beyond. This was the final session of IBLF’s series of regular round-table discussions Business and Ecology.
