International Business Leaders Forum would like to invite you to the Training for Trainers ”Training Course in Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics”.

The training course has been prepared by Polina Kalnitskaya, business coach, in the framework of Siemens Integrity Initiative and is based on the materials of the Principles  for Responsible Management Education initiative of UN Global Compact.

 

Adult education is a challenging task. It becomes more complicated with such subjects as Business Ethics or Fighting Against Corruption in Business since they address the students’ values and positions under strong external influence of established business behavior practice, cultural peculiarities and business traditions of various nations.  

Sometimes it is difficult for a lecturer or corporate trainer to gain a footing for discussion with students and finding solutions of ethical dilemmas, to deal with all variety of opinions expressed during lectures, it is hardly possible to evaluate the result, and provocative behavior and resistance of the audience are anything but simple to overcome.

As in any complicated situation, interchange with your colleagues sharing same values and committed to same behavior principles help to rehabilitate.

 

The Training ”Training Course in Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics” is designated for business ethics and anti-corruption lecturers at higher education institutions, business schools and corporate universities, business coaches and corporate compliance managers.  

 

During the Training the participants are encouraged to exchange practical experience, to improve anti-corruption learning skills, to join the community of business ethics lecturers and business coaches.
