IBLF Russia, General Partner of the Third Russian-Dutch School of CSR organized by MIRBIS

Moscow MIRBIS Business University supported by MATRA Programme of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in partnership with Nijenrode University held the third session of the Russian-Dutch CSR School on October 23, 2013. The topic of the session was Government Role and Goals in the Promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Dutch Experience, Russian Practice.

The General Partner of the school is the Branch of International Business Leaders Forum in Russia. The Russian-Dutch Corporate Social Responsibility School has been organized by Moscow MIRBIS Business University within the framework of the Year of Holland in Russia.

The third session of the Russian-Dutch Social Responsibility School devoted to the government role and its goals in the CSR promotion was attended by leading experts and practitioners in the field of sustainable corporate development, representatives of the academic, non-commercial, government and corporate entities of Russia and the Netherlands. Among them were Director of TSM Business School (the Netherlands), Strategic Management Professor Ivo Matser, Director of Social Information Agency, member of the RF Civic Chamber Yelena Topoleva, Head of Group for CSR and Sustainable Development of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Yepikhina, Head of Corporate Communications Department of Philips, Russia and CIS, Nazim Turdumambaev, Head of Branch Office IBLF in Russia, Program Director Boris Tkachenko.

Not only could the participants improve their level or expertise, share their opinions on the role of the government in the development of corporate social responsibility, they also enjoyed the valuable opportunity of meeting directly with the industry experts.
